All services that Nemosina provides to you are subject to the following Terms of Use.

Unless otherwise specified, you may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from Nemosina.

Documents

Permission to use documents (such as white papers, press releases, etc.) from Nemosina is granted, provided that:

	The copyright notice (below) appears in all copies and that both the copyright notice and this permission notice appear,
	Use of such documents is for informational and non-commercial or personal use only and will not be copied or posted on any network computer or broadcast in any media
	No modifications of any documents are made.

This does not include the design or layout of Nemosina website, elements of which are protected by law and may not be copied or imitated in whole or in part. No logo, graphic, sound or image may be copied or retransmitted unless expressly permitted by Nemosina.

Notice in Regard to Software, Services and Documents

IN NO EVENT SHALL NEMOSINA BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR ANY OTHER ACTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF SOFTWARE, DOCUMENTS, PROVISION OF OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE SERVICES, OR INFORMATION AVAILABLE.

Registration, IDs, Passwords and Security

When you register to use Nemosina services you provide us with relevant information, which is stored as your profile. This profile also includes an Organisation ID, User Name and Password. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and profile. You are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your profile. You agree to notify Nemosina immediately of any unauthorized use of your profile or any other breach of security. Nemosina will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or profile, either with or without your knowledge. However, you could be held liable for losses incurred by Nemosina due to someone else using your profile or password. You may not use anyone else's profile at any time, without the permission of the profile holder.

Prohibited Use of Communications

The services offered by Nemosina may contain e-mail services, bulletin boards, chat rooms, news groups, forums or other message or communication facilities designed to enable you to communicate with others. You agree to use these only to post, send and receive messages and material that are legal and proper. While Nemosina does not constantly monitor all communication facilities, we reserve the right to do so at our discretion, and if we believe that a user is misusing the service, to bar their access to the communication facilities and / or all Nemosina services.

Improper use includes, but is not restricted to: surveys, contests, pyramid schemes, chain letters, junk email, spamming or any duplicative or unsolicited messages (commercial or otherwise); defamation, abuse, harassment, threatening or other violation of the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others.

Links to Other Sites

There may be links to third party sites within the Nemosina website. Nemosina is not responsible for the content of any linked site, or any changes or updates to such sites. We provide these links as a convenience only and do not endorse these sites.

Changes to this Document

Nemosina may change or update this document. When we do so, we will change the 'last updated' date at the top of this document. Major changes will be advertised on the home page of the Nemosina website.
